Hi, I’m Tanya, and I am based in Burwash, East Sussex, and I am a qualified Reflexologist. I have obtained a SEG Awards Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for wellbeing, I am a full member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologists), I am listed on the NHS website, and I am fully insured.

I have had an interest in Complementary Therapies and Alternative medicine from a young age and have used many different complementary therapies on myself over the years. I have experienced the benefits of treating the whole body, rather than just the symptoms. I have also seen and experienced how stress affects the body and how all the systems within us are linked.

After a particularly challenging time in my life, I decided to change my career and become a Reflexologist. I wanted a training course where the standards were high enough to become a Member of the AOR and I found that the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology ticked all the boxes.

I run my practice from home, and I have a lovely treatment room for you to relax and unwind in whilst you enjoy your Reflexology treatment, with stunning views looking across the High Weald.
